We don’t just do yoga, we also have intentional conversations about mental health. We will have classes every month; no class will ever be the same. We offer one-on-one and group classes.

If you are a birthing person who wants to improve your mental and physical wellness, then you should join our online perinatal yoga classes. We don’t just do yoga, we also have intentional conversations about mental health. We will have classes every month, depending on your trimester. We offer one-on-one and group classes.
